NLP

NLPNeuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a collection of methods and techniques that model human experience and communication.

The word “Neuro” refers to an understanding of the brain and its functioning. “Linguistic” relates to the communication aspect (both verbal and non-verbal) of our information processing. “Programming” is the behaviour and thinking patterns we all go through.

Our ability to do anything in life is based upon our ability to direct our nervous system. In short, NLP is the study of understanding how we organise our thoughts, feelings, language and behaviour to produce the results we do.

We are not born with unwanted habits, phobias, confidence issues or other limiting behaviours or beliefs. These are examples of “learned” behaviours. The good news is that if you can learn to link such processes together you can also learn to unlink these processes using proven NLP strategies and techniques.

NLP offers tools and skills for creating profound personal change and offers countless personal and professional applications. The processes are elegant, powerful, and always practical.
